Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post y New York Times han copado las principales medallas de oro mientras que National Geographic, La Nación o Berliner Morgenpost también han obtenido muy buenos reconocimientos. En el jurado de este año que ha deliberado sobre los premios se encuentran los españoles Javier Zarracina y Xaquín G.V.
